Successful organizaitons

How much successful a organization/ department is depends on it's productivity w.r.t. to others. This makes sense to me as:

a. Finally resources will flow to the most productive Organization/ group/ department because it will be able to transform resources to results in the best possible manner.
b. Since they will produce results the fastest, they will be seen as the most successful and will attract the best brains leading to a unendng cycle.
c. This is seen as a core competence - thus attracting investments (in terms of funds, efforts, initiatives).

But this requires constant innovation and constantly working at reducing the amount of resources employed to produce the result (including reducing the wastage).

Help me friends.....

Help me friends in knowing myself better. It says I'm 40% normal (No clue about the normal % which is called normal here). Tell me quickly (& check it out about yourself & lemme know).

Suggestions for a friend who's getting married

While thinking about changes one undergoes while/ after marrying (I'm still unmarried, I know, but still, I can simulate; not everything, but my thoughts of course), I thought to type in something for posterior use. (Do remind me about it at the right time my friends.)

The couple should have common priority list except for their top priority. Both of them should have different top priority.

Ya, don't get shocked. They should have his/ her spouse on the top of the list; Wife should have the husband & Husband should have the wife at the top of the priority list.

Its to be considered that, one who's got a different set of people in his life & (of course, not all of a sudden, but definitely out of practice) different routine/ habits with different influences, shall take time to change: Change habits/ attitude to give room for new partner in life; to start new lifestyle/ regime; & one of the most important, accommodating him/ her at the top priority.

Is it really worth shifting to another browser from IE or Netscape? See Use a Better Browser (& this too).
I found Mozilla 1.0 & even Opera7 not worth for taking those pains of shifting from them. The features in new browsers must outperform IE or netscape; & ppl will automatically turn to otheres. NO??? Why people have too many fears from Microsoft. Does Gates & Co. sound really fearful when Gates states that Microsoft is always 18-months away from getting out-of-market?
