Another post, though after so many months, on successful organizations.
Success is, as they say, a journey; hence, when you're moving in a large group (a large organization), you need to make sure that everyone is on board & share the objectives of this journey. The employees which are aware & share/ own the obejctives would continue this journey; many may not & will discontinue to board another ship heading to a different direction.
The issue I want to take up this time is:
Can we make majority of co-travellers continue for longer durations in view of so frequent updations in the obejctives of journey.
I will explore to find some cases & some probable solutions as well.
